This morning we finally were suppose to have our playble version. But ONCE again we got problems. The entire repo shut down. We could not get GIT to work since it was down. So the first 2 hours was us waiting for the final thing to be implemented code wise , during that time we discussed the final augments and rated them. Then we asked them if they were closed to finished so we could start doing our jobs. BUT NO. Then the whole thing were broken. So we talked briefly with our teacher about random things.
Now it's after lunch and we've gotten information that it's working again so we should be able to get working! Finally. finally. It's mentally exhausting to see time just run out of your hands.
WE GOT IT. Or so we thought. Apparently one of the programmers thought he pushed the latest update so we tested the old version again. But then we got the new one and that one was full of bugs so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. So when we got that working. The lobby room we spawned in was sometimes the wrong room. We fell through the floor. Enemies hits through walls, there are literal hole in the walls so you fall through the ground. We had to add a projectile to the ranged enemy cause it didn't have a prefab selected to instantiate. We fixed the room tiles to now be correct since one of the rooms had a very old prefab selected as an option which is not ok.
Jonathan changed the stuff we all did and was going to push it so that we could all get the changes and then his computer crashed. So that took some time. But now we have a problem with the projectile. So apparently the projectile spawns on top of the camera that is the player. So that means that if you have your back to the wall the projectile disappears. Since things that are tagged as "walls" will make the projectile despawn when it hits. So we now need to offset the projectile infront of the player which Alfred just fixed. So I will pull this change and see if it is fixed.
Tomorrow is a day off since it's easter and so is monday! So We'll be having a long weekend which is nice :)
